• I have tried to make it as safe and easy as possible to buy my work on line.  It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for ANY reason you are unsatisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. I mean FULL refund! I will even pay for the return shipping. 

• Defective or Damaged Artwork

If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, contact me by phone or the email link below. I will pay for the return of the defective product and replace it free of charge.

 Refunds for Drawing Workshops:

• If I cancel:

A full refund will be made if the class is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, JDH Art is not responsible for any non-refundable airfares or lodging. If minimum enrollment is not met by 20 days prior to a course, the course will be cancelled. Minimum enrollment is ten, the maximum number of students per class is 20. Many classes sell out within a week of opening registration. Therefore, early registration is highly recommended and appreciated.

• If you cancel:

The deadline for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, is 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Refund requests after the 30 days will not be honored  Cancellation must be given in writing.

*If you have signed up for the video tutorial option and you cancel, you will need to purchase the tutorial at the current price on the web in order to continue to have access to the Membership Site.

Failure to remit the balance by the do date (30 days prior to the workshop) will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
